Abstract: Insufficient professional teachers and low teaching ability of teachers are the real dilemmas faced by the rule of law education in primary and secondary schools. The way out of the dilemma is to comprehensively improve the professionalism of teachers, so that they can understand the goals and requirements of legal education for teenagers and form a corresponding teaching knowledge system , and can combine the content of the teaching materials of different stages, select the appropriate teaching methods, making why, what, and how to teach all clear.
